• A PHOTO OF YOUR I.D MUST BE SENT 24-48HRS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT‼️ SEND TO (901) 305-8894 •NOT ACCEPTING MALE CLIENTS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE • NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (deposit will be deducted from service price) • ALL CONSENT FORMS/WAIVERS MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT • NO EXTRA GUESTS | NO PETS • PLEASE refrain from wearing makeup to facial appointments • PLEASE come to lash appointment with bare lashes! If you need them removed please book “LASH REMOVAL” service as well • CANCELLATIONS⤵️ - Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 48hrs prior to your appointment - SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF REMAINING BALANCE‼️ • LATE ARRIVAL / NO SHOWS⤵️ - 10 minute grace period.
